Assistant with Private Banking experience (m/f)

 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process statements/statistics for the CEO and senior staff.
  • Assist in client and other mailings as well as periodical information such as statements and fact sheets.
  • Provide back-up phone coverage for CEO during his absence.
  • Assist in creating presentations and management reports.
  • Assist CEO in his administrative tasks and communicate client and internal problems/inquiries to him.

Profile:
  • Commercial school/apprenticeship.
  • A few years experience as Secretary/Assistant in a bank.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Portuguese nationality), good knowledge of French and English.
  • At ease with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to work independently.
