Head Private Banking

Our client is a rapidly growing Geneva/Zurich based international bank providing investment and wealth management services to High Net Worth Individuals. This bank is actually seeking the

• Manage the placement and relationship management activities.
• Manage and motivate an experienced Private Banking team in addition to having significant personal contacts across the Middle East.
• Develop and execute the overall strategy for clients' investment and wealth management plans.
• Improve sales performance, organizational effectiveness and resource efficiency.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients.

Profile:

• University degree or equivalent education.
• Extensive product and working knowledge of the wealth management industry.
• Must have at least 10 years experience working with High Net Worth Individuals from the Middle East on their investment needs.
• Must have strong business development skills, including experience in building relationships with prospective High Net Worth clients and ev. family offices.
• Excellent leadership and people management qualities.
• Strong familiarity with general wealth management issues (wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, risk management, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work with many business partners.
