Compliance Officer

A well established banking institution based in Lausanne is looking for a qualified

• Supporting the operational management and staff in the application and monitoring of compliance rules.
• Survey regulatory developments within the group.
• Controlling compliance risk using different indicators in coordination with other Compliance Officers, Departments, etc.
• Analysing compliance problems, issuing recommendations and giving support to the various entities of the bank.
• Extensive cooperation with both internal and external audit.

Profile:

• Degree in law or economics and/or certificate in compliance management.
• A minimum of 5 years experience as Compliance Specialist in a bank.
• Fluent in French, very good knowledge of the English language; additional languages are an asset.
• Team player, strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
