Compliance Manager

An international private bank based in Geneva is looking for a qualified

• Ensure that all activities of the bank are in line with laws and regulations as well as global standards.
• Assist the Head of Compliance for the Swiss businesses and ensure that Swiss financial crime legislative requirements are addressed in the control processes and that the Global Financial Crime Policy requirements as well as Account Opening standards are complied with.
• Manage controls and work closely with the Wealth Management Division in Switzerland to provide direction and interpretation of regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and communicate compliance alerts.
• Report to the management of any legal, reputational or financial risk.

Profile:

• University degree or similar education.
• Several years of experience as Compliance Officer in an international bank based in Switzerland. 
• Experienced with AML, transaction monitoring and KYC.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss Banking regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
